Swaps are allowed only during the live sale and for an item of equal or greater value.
Put-backs and Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
Each customer may request one Swap per live sale.
Once you claim an item, your purchase is final—please claim mindfully and only swap if you’re certain.
Invoices are posted on our website under the “Purchase your Order” section. Simply type your username into the search bar to locate your order and proceed to checkout.
Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice posting. Unpaid orders will be canceled and result in being blocked from future sales.
Yes, we allow SOS claiming. If you're claiming on behalf of another customer, comment:
“SOS for (Username)” followed by the item code (e.g., “SOS for @crystallover 45B”).
Guidelines for SOS:
• The person you're claiming for must be an active customer or have an open basket.
• SOS claims are treated as final commitments—the person you're claiming for is responsible for payment.
• We allow only one successful SOS claim per person per live sale to keep things fair.
• Misuse of SOS may result in removal from future live sales.
We do not show baskets during the live sale or send photos afterward. We recommend taking screenshots of your claims to keep track.
We try to accommodate requests, but items are shown in a set order. Please be patient and respectful of the flow.
Live platforms can be unpredictable. To improve your connection, close other apps and refresh the live. Engaging in the chat with full sentences or emojis may help your comments appear more reliably.
Yes. We offer payment plans for purchases over $500 CAD.
• A 25% deposit is required upfront to secure your items.
• The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments, which must be made on time.
• We also accept Afterpay at checkout for qualifying orders.
Failure to complete payments on time may result in the forfeiture of your claimed items and removal from future live sales. Payment plans are offered at our discretion and are reserved for returning customers in good standing.
Yes! Our Open Box option lets you combine multiple paid orders from different live sales into one shipment—so you can take advantage of our free shipping over $115 CAD while continuing to shop across multiple sales.
• Invoices must be completed after each live sale.
• To keep your box open, you must enter the code “OPEN BOX” at checkout.
• You can keep your box open for up to 2 months or 4 live sales.
• When you're ready to ship, we’ll bundle everything together and send it out in one package.
