• All sales are final. Products purchased through Live Sales or our website are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

No Cancelation Policy

• Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations for any reason. Our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure fast and secure delivery. All sales are final

Shipping & Handling Policy

• We do not offer replacements, refunds, or compensation for items damaged during transit or after delivery. All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit or after delivery.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
• Shipping insurance is recommended and available to add at checkout. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, a claim must be filed with the corresponding courier.

Payment Plan Policy

• Payment plans are available only for Live Sale orders over $500 CAD. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due within 1 month. Items ship only after full payment is received.
• Failure to complete payment within the deadline will result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit. Plans are offered at our discretion and are not available for website orders. By entering a payment plan, you agree to these terms in full.
