Payment Methods

All payments are processed through Shopify Checkout (our website), which supports:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal for secure, direct checkout using your PayPal balance or linked accounts
• Apple Pay and Google Pay for mobile-friendly transactions
• Afterpay for interest-free installment payments (details below)

All transactions are encrypted and secure. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.

Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)

We offer Afterpay at checkout for qualifying orders, allowing you to receive your items now and pay over time. Afterpay splits your total into four interest-free payments made every two weeks. There are no additional fees as long as payments are made on time, and approval is instant at checkout.

Afterpay is available directly through our Shopify checkout and works with most major debit and credit cards.

Please note:

• Available to residents of Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand
• Eligibility is determined by Afterpay at checkout
• Orders placed with Afterpay must be paid in full through their platform and are not eligible for our in-house payment plans

E-Transfer (Canada Only)

We accept Interac e-Transfer for all purchases within Canada, including website orders and live sale claims. This method is secure, fast, and widely supported by Canadian banks and credit unions.

How to Pay via E-Transfer:

• E-Transfer is available for all products listed on our website and during live sales
• To use this method, please contact us directly either immediately after a live sale or when placing a website order
• Once we confirm your order, we’ll provide our e-transfer email and any necessary instructions
• Include your full name and order number in the message field when sending payment
• Ensure the total matches your invoice amount, including tax and shipping

Important Notes:

• E-Transfer payments must be sent within 24 hours of invoice posting or agreement to purchase from our website
• Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full
• We recommend enabling auto-deposit to avoid delays or failed transfers
• If payment is not received within the timeframe, your order may be canceled and items released

Payment Plans (Live Sale Orders Only)

We offer custom payment plans exclusively for live sale orders over $500 CAD. This option is available to returning customers in good standing and is intended to support larger purchases with flexibility and trust.

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions:

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your items.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full within 1 month of the invoice date.
• Payment plans are not available for website orders or purchases under $500 CAD.
• All payment plans are offered at our discretion and may be declined based on order history or account standing.

By entering into a payment plan, you agree to the following conditions:

• Payments must be completed on time. If the balance is not paid within the 1-month window, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.
• Items held under a payment plan will not be shipped until the full balance is paid.
• Failure to complete payments will result in forfeiture of the items, loss of deposit, and removal from future live sales or payment plan eligibility.
• We do not offer extensions or grace periods beyond the 1-month term.
• Payment plans cannot be transferred to another customer or applied to new orders.
