Shipping Policies

At Crystal Rarity, we take great care in packaging and shipping your items to ensure they arrive safely and intact. Below is our detailed shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

  • Canada: We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $115 CAD.
  • USA: A flat shipping rate of $12 USD applies to all orders.
  • Orders under the free‑shipping threshold (Canada) will see a calculated rate at checkout based on location.
  • All domestic orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, or ChitChats, depending on destination and service availability.
  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location and carrier delays.

 

International Shipping

  • We offer flat-rate international shipping at $25 CAD to all countries outside Canada and the USA.
  • International orders are shipped via reliable global carriers with tracking included.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not liable for delays or charges due to customs.

Express Shipping Options

  • Canada & USA: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Shipped via expedited services such as Xpresspost, USPS Priority, or FedEx Express.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days, depending on location. Tracking is included with all Express shipments.
  • International Express: Available at checkout for select destinations.
  • Shipped via FedEx International Priority or equivalent expedited global carriers.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Tracking is included. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Packaging & Handling

  • All items are carefully inspected, energetically cleansed, and securely packaged prior to shipment.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged during transit. Please refer to our full policies for more information.
  • Shipping insurance is available at checkout and strongly recommended, especially for high‑value or fragile items.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • During peak periods, live sales, or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly to around 7–10 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.  Shipping time begins once your order has been handed to the courier.

Shipping Address Responsibility 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. 
  • Orders cannot be refunded or replaced if the address entered at checkout was incorrect. 
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. 

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy 

  • Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. 
  • Shipping insurance is available at checkout and strongly recommended. 
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
